Kärcher North America plans to relocate its headquarters for the second time in less than five years, moving from Denver to a larger facility in the Porteos master-planned business park in Aurora, Colorado, as development in the Denver area continues to creep east.
Charlotte, North Carolina developer SunCap Property Group said Kärcher North America, the U.S. subsidiary of German cleaning equipment maker Kärcher Group, plans to move into a 380,000-square-foot facility the developer is building in Porteos, a 1,287-acre site just south of Denver International Airport that is zoned for all types of commercial use.

Kärcher partnered with the Aurora Economic Development Council to find and secure a 23-acre site for the new 380,000-square foot-facility in the Porteos development near Denver International Airport.

As of this week, DIA can officially bill itself as the best big airport in the U.S., according to the Wall Street Journal anyway.
