Charlotte, North Carolina developer SunCap Property Group said Kärcher North America, the U.S. subsidiary of German cleaning equipment maker Kärcher Group, plans to move into a 380,000-square-foot facility the developer is building in Porteos, a 1,287-acre site just south of Denver International Airport that is zoned for all types of commercial use.
